Liane Grassi holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Business Administration from PUC Paraná. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Languages and a Post-Graduate degree in BUSINESS MANAGEMENTfrom Unicenp. She is the founder and principal of On The Road Curso de Idiomas since 1993. On The Road has increased its business in Business Consultancy and Internationalisation, written and simultaneous translations, being now a group. On August 1st, 2014, On The Road inaugurated its new Branch: On the Road Business Communication - BCCenter. "As a consultant", she says "I will always be an educator". She assists individuals and companies to assess their current situation, entrepreneurial potential and helps them redesign their organizational strategies. She focuses on entrepreneurial and learning culture, whereby companies are called to redesign their processes and to take an innovative approach to their features, thus becoming learning organizations. She gives workshops and lectures on Motivation and Strategic Entrepreneurship, and has DEVELOPED the courses “How to be the Entrepreneur of your own life?” (in English and Portuguese) and “Young Leader”.
